The strong bold strokes on this piece give it a very dynamic feel, especially le folds. You get extra originality points for being the first to draw a SEDUCTIVE!Heavy honestly(sadly not full marks coz it's fanart bawwww).

If there's something you should improve it is the lighting; if you use Heavy's staff as a landmark the entire right of Heavy should look brighter than the left(face is fine, the large collar will cast shadow on it and make him look like he is tilting his face into the collar and ecentuate its largeness). If you look at, for example, his sleeves or colllar you don't see much difference in lighting from right or left.

Maybe you should put a thing line of light just at the edge of his body on the right side, much like how you did for the staff so you can bring out the source of light in the picture more.

The crown should also give off as much light as that staff since it is a shiny object too.

The shade of colours you chose are lovely, the brownish black matches the overall 'red' theme, and with the dark red they form a beautiful contrast against the white.

I love the design you did for his gown, the wide folds on the bottom follow down from his large belly and give a bell bottom effect.

One last thing is the background; the gradiation from dark to muted light red is nice, but clashes with the darker part of the dress a little. If you instead make the gradiation of dark to light from the bottom right hand corner to the top left hand corner, not only will the dark side of his dress be more visible but the whole picture will show more line of movement(he is looking to his left and his hand's fingers are pointing to the left no?)

But anyway I can see all the effort put into this, and I'm in love with DAT FACE and as I said before the design of his clothing~

And tattoo on his head is just ++++++++
